Yeah? Fuck you. I can think of many ways to make the $500,000 PLENTY to live on in NYC. I don’t want to hear about “peer pressure.” I can’t even afford an apartment in Queens on my own.
Edit: I have just had it pointed out to me that the article is 4 years old. There’s still cause to be very angry at it, though.
